A quiet 95th birthday for Dilip Kumar

Indian cinema's legend Dilip Kumar turned 95 on Monday. Birthday wishes poured from across the world for the beloved actor, who was unwell for the past few days. BT spoke to Saira Banu, who said, "He was down with pneumonia and there was a constant fear that we may have to rush him to the hospital, but Allah has been kind. Dilipsaab is better now. He has been resting and since he is susceptible to infection, we spent the day with just the family. Saab's brothers, nephews and nieces came over and it was a quiet birthday celebration. Amitabh Bachchanji and Dharamji (Dharmendra) messaged us and not just celebs, his fans from India and abroad also called up to check on him. The fact that so many people continue to love and think of him is humbling and overwhelming. It touches my heart." Here's wishing Yusuf saab, good health and lots of love.
